2015 Northlander Cottager “Reflection”

Built in 2015 with first use in 2016, this Cottager (12'x39') is turn-key ready with 2 bedrooms, full-sized washroom, kitchen, dining room and living room.
Primary bedroom has a queen bed, and the secondary bedroom has double bunks and can sleep a total of 10 comfortably. Double beds on the bottom of each bunk, and singles on top. The one bed is also convertible into a sitting area for extra lounge space.
All mattresses have been upgraded and kept in waterproof covers from the date of replacement. The couch also pulls out for an extra double bed.
The unit comes fully furnished with all appliances, cutlery, cookware and flatware.
Includes Samsung 40" TV (unlimited Internet paid for season), fireplace, microwave, fridge, propane oven/stove, Char Broil propane bbq, Aquasana triple filter water system, upgraded porcelain toilet, and new faucets, kayak, Iron Embers fire pit with stainless ember screen and cover, patio chairs, table, umbrella, plastic adirondack chairs and outdoor lounge set is also included, with a rain cover that can be installed if desired.
