Site 122 houses a 2016 Salem Villa Classic 39 foot, one owner (non smoking, no pets) park model trailer, which shows pride in ownership. This one bedroom trailer features two powered self supporting slides, and with two pull out sofa beds, six can sleep comfortably. The unit has 15 windows and a patio door with blinds for a panoramic view, cathedral ceilings, ceiling fan, air conditioning and central vacuum with attachments. Site 122 is located on a quiet small side street with the view of the lake at its end.
Bedroom: Queen size upgraded residential posturepedic mattress, side night tables, personal reading lights and power outlets. Built in dresser with four large drawers, four door mirrored wardrobe with four more identical large drawers below and two overhead large banks of cabinets plus additional storage under the bed with outside locked access. This room has a personal outside access door with screen door and four windows for that perfect cross breeze.
Kitchen: Spacious countertop, a double stainless steel under mount sink with high rise spring faucet with sprayer, three burner stove with glass cover (rarely used), microwave, gas oven (used once), large residential stainless refrigerator, pantry with shelves, and ample cabinets and drawers for all your cooking needs. Outside: step out unto a huge L-shaped pressure treated wood deck measuring 8'x32' and 10x24' which houses a 6'x 8.5'' vinyl windowed shed with shelving, and a 10'x12' hard top steel gazebo with netting and privacy walls. Within the gazebo is an IKEA table when extended will seat 10 with matching chairs and bench. Four year old manual retractable awning measures 21'. Also included is a Broil King BBQ with side burner. Take one step down to a large patio of textured patio stones which houses the movable big horn fire pit with a removal adjustable swivel grate for cooking.
