Lake Huron Resort is open from May - Thanksgiving Weekend in Oct each year.

For reservations
we require a credit card number to secure the booking.
We do not require
a deposit for site reservations, but we do require 48hrs notice of a
cancellation or a $15 cancellation fee will be applied.

Season? May through to Canadian Thanksgiving
Pets? Lake Huron Resort is "Pet Friendly" as long as they are very quiet, on a leash and picked up after. We have a zero-tolerance barking policy. No pets allowed in any buildings or rental units.
Site Capacity? Site Rates apply to 1 vehicle and 2 adults on the site, additional adults (anyone 18 & over) are $10 per adult/per night. We do not suggest more than 6 people on a site for comfort reasons.
Group Camping? Lake Huron Resort does not have "group camping", although we may be able to accommodate sites together. Please inquire by phone or email. Family camping only.
Full Service Sites? Lake Huron Resort RV sites are 30amp hydro/water on site, we do not guarantee a sewer on site. For extended stays (4+ days) we provide an on-site pump-out at no additional charge. We have a dump station for weekend or short stays. We do have F.H.U. seasonal sites available.
Trees? There are a few trees separating each site. Our trees are mature and are kept trimmed back to accommodate large-rig RVs. Please see our photo gallery for an idea of our site layouts.
Quiet Times? Lake Huron Resort is a Very Quiet family campground. We strictly enforce our quiet hours (11pm-8am). Loud music or foul language will not be tolerated at any time.
Firewood? We do not allow outside firewood due to insect concerns. We do allow some local firewood and we sell large bags at our store.
Pool Hours? The enclosed solar-heated swimming pool is open daily 10am-dusk from Father's Day weekend through Labour Day. Adult Swim times are available Monday - Friday from 3pm-4pm.
Pool area is not supervised, so children under 16 may not be left unattended.
Beach? Lake Huron Resort has 1600ft of natural beach. We have a paved walkway down to our beach area. The beach itself is "Natural", that being mostly sand on the beach with smooth rock in the water out to the sandbar. The sandbar is quite shallow and excellent for swimming. A floatation device or water shoes are suggested for lake swimming.
Payment Methods? Lake Huron Resort accepts Cash, Debit, Visa and Master card Payments.
Seasonal Site Restrictions? There is a 10 year age restriction on seasonal units coming into Lake Huron Resort.
Transient Reservations - Specific Site Requests? An accepted reservation, made by PHONE and held with a credit card number, guarantees a site at Lake Huron Resort with a CONFIRMATION NUMBER . We DO NOT give out SITE NUMBERS. Lake Huron Resort staff will always attempt to accommodate any specific requests (such as "close to the playground"), but can never guarantee a specific site.
